Welcome to Oak Lake Estates Homeowners Association

About us...

Oak Lake Estates is located in Spring Hill, TN.

The entire Oak Lake community consists of over 450 homes that were built between 1992 and 2016,  all on 1 acre+ home sites.

There is an HOA-owned park and lake in the center of the community which HOA members can use for family picnics, a nature walk in the woods, fishing, paddling, kayaking, or trolling around in a boat.

Our country lifestyle, friendly neighbors, rolling hills and mature trees make this neighborhood stand out for its charm and down-home feel – all within a 20-min drive to the Cool Springs / Brentwood area, and about 35 minutes

away from downtown Nashville.

We look forward to new neighbors and we are confident you will find Oak Lake Estates to be a lovely community for your family!

IMPORTANT: Please review the ARC page for a  link to Oak Lake Estates and Glen Oaks specific section CCR's for property of interest (regardless of HOA status) We put these up on our site as a courtesy to new buyers and realtors. CCR's do apply to ALL lots in the subdivision, not just our members.

You can also find our very simple HOA Bylaws and Declaration on the Document section above.

Please review your escrow papers thoroughly as some homes have opt-ed into the HOA over the years.  A PUD rider indicates the previous homeowner has opted the property to be a member of the HOA.

Once a home is opted -in,

the property is a member  for all future owners.

There is not an opt out clause.

We have found many realtors and sellers are not aware of this.

Feel free to contact us directly at olehoaboard@gmail.com with any question on the community or your specific property and its current membership status in the HOA.  We are happy to clarify any questions you may have!
